If your brand is a partner, ApplePie Capital Funding Solutions, LLC will review your inquiry for pre-approval. If we determine that none of the lenders in our network could provide you a financing option, you have the right to request a written statement of specific reasons for our determination (at the address below). If any lender in our network does not accept your application, we cannot provide you any more information than the lender asks us to provide to you. To obtain the statement of reasons, please write to APCFS at 801 W. Ann Arbor Trail, Suite 205, Plymouth, MI 48170 or call (800) 720-0241, within 60 days of the date you are notified of our decision. We will send you a written statement of reasons for our determination within 30 days of receiving your written request for the reasons.
